Our cookie policy

No cookies?

When you visit our website for the first time, you will see a pop-up window offering you the option to accept or reject cookies. The settings link in the pop-up allows you to choose NOT to accept cookies on a per-session basis. In this window, they are set to DO NOT ACCEPT by default. We therefore do not measure your visit and do not use it for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics (Analysis)

We use a Google service called Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with the website. This allows us to see which pages are visited, how long the website is visited, and when people leave. We then use this information to improve the website.
We have a data processing agreement with Google for data sharing. We do not share unnecessary data with Google, and IP addresses are collected anonymously.

Advertising cookies

We use online advertisements to promote our services. We prefer to do this as targeted as possible to keep costs low and to avoid showing you unnecessary advertisements from us. For this purpose, we use: Google AdWords, Google Dynamic Remarketing and Retargeting Lists for Search Ads (RLSA), Facebook Custom Audiences (we do not share our customer base with Meta), Microsoft Bing Ads, and DoubleClick (from Google).
With these cookies, we can:

  • Keep track of which ads you have already seen. This prevents you from seeing the same ads too often.
  • Keep track of how many visitors click on our ads.
  • Keep track of how many visitors use one of our services after clicking on an ad. This allows us to analyze how effective our ads are.
  • Keep track of whether you have already purchased certain services from us. This way, you won't see unnecessary ads.

We use the personal data (anonymized) to show personalized ads through the Google advertising network.

Even if you don't accept cookies, you may still see our advertisements online. Not all of our advertisements use cookies. However, cookies allow us to show you ads that are relevant to you and therefore personalized.

 

Google Ads

With Google Ads, we show generic and personalized advertisements about our products and services. We do this as follows:

  • We observe demographic data (gender, age, income, device, and intentions) within Google Ads to better understand our target audience;
  • We advertise specifically to people who search on Google for one or more search terms relevant to us;
  • We advertise specifically to visitors who have previously viewed our webshop (remarketing);
  • We advertise specifically on YouTube based on topics or channels;
  • We advertise specifically to websites that mention one or more relevant topics in their content;
  • We advertise specifically to websites that we have pre-selected, because we believe our target audience visits these websites.

 

Bing Ads

  • We advertise specifically to people who search on Bing for one or more relevant terms search terms.

 

Meta (Marketing)

If you agree to the Marketing cookies, the following cookies will also be placed. This is to integrate our Facebook account and thus to target advertising more effectively.

If you do not have a Facebook account or are logged out, these cookies will not be placed.
